1. The Discovery & Quote Process (Always Free)
We do not charge for price quotes or initial project inquiries for any sector. We are always happy to hop on a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to discuss your high-level organizational goals.
- What you get: A formal proposal outlining the project scope, intended outcomes, deliverables, and a flat-rate price quote or package option tailored to your sector.
- The Boundary: To protect our intellectual property, our free proposals will detail what outcomes we will achieve together and the scope of the assets, but will not include our proprietary, step-by-step training roadmaps, lesson plans, or specific module frameworks until a contract is signed.
2. Deep-Dive Strategy & Scope Mapping (Paid Consultation)
If your school, university, non-profit, or company is facing a complex challenge and you aren't completely sure what kind of training, professional development, or toolkit you need yet, we offer a dedicated Training Needs Assessment.
- The Service: A deep-dive strategy session with your key leadership and stakeholders where we audit your current gaps, analyze your needs, and build a custom content framework blueprint.
- The Investment: Billed as a flat fee depending on your organization type.
- Our Partnership Credit: If you move forward and book a core curriculum package, signature program, or training module with us within 30 days of this session, 100% of this assessment fee will be credited directly back toward your final project total.
3. Base Rates + Hourly Overages: Zero Budget Surprises
To give you maximum flexibility without the stress of "scope creep," our core content development and curriculum builds are structured on a Base Price + Hourly Overage model.
- Your base package includes a generous, designated block of dedicated development and writing hours to complete the core project.
- If your project scope expands mid-build due to extra content requests, additional review cycles, or shifting organizational directives, we seamlessly transition to our custom design hourly rate specific to your sector.
- No Surprises: We will always provide a brief estimate and require your written approval before any overage hours are utilized. You remain in complete control of your budget from start to finish.
